- Reservation Fee: A one-time fee of $22.00 (+ tax) per unit will be charged at the time of booking and applied to the first night of each reservation. Cleaning & amenity fee also applies with each booking.
- Minimum 2-night stay during Spring, Summer & Fall periods.
- Minimum 3-night stay during Winter periods.
- Minimum 4-night stay during the period encompassing December 31, 2024 and February 15, 2025.
